Progress is well underway at 107 W Johanna, a custom home project taking shape just steps from South Congress. Designed with precision and rooted in Austin’s eclectic soul, this residence blends modern craftsmanship with thoughtful design. The framing is up, the roof is on, and our team is deep into mechanicals, electrical, and insulation—pushing toward the next big milestone: sheetrock.

This 3-story structure features a versatile layout engineered for livability and style. With vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and an open-concept core, it’s designed to capture light, airflow, and the Austin lifestyle. The primary suite and entertainment spaces offer walk-out access to private decks, while the custom cabinetry, steelwork, and energy-efficient elements are all being crafted to fit the 360° Construction standard.
